Frozen Strawberry Margarita Recipe

Frozen Strawberry Margarita

Cook time: 5 active minutes

Makes: 1 serving.

Ingredients:

2 parts orange liqueur (preferably Cointreau)

1 parts tequila

½ part agave syrup

3 large strawberries

Juice from 1 lime

Ice

Sugar

Optional: 2 oz. grenadine syrup for extra flavor and coloring

Preparation:

Rim the margarita glass using some of the lime juice and some sugar. Now pour the orange liqueur, agave syrup, strawberries, lime juice, and ice into a blender. Blend well.

Serve into a large margarita glass and top off your drink with your favorite tequila. Stir it some and garnish it with a strawberry.

And voila, the best strawberry margaritas are now yours.

Summing things up...

The frozen strawberry margarita is a timeless and long-approved tropical blend. This is my go-to recipe for large party batches (along with the classic tequila-lime-orange liqueur margarita). It’s sweet, well balanced, easy to make, and awesome to share.

You no longer have to wonder how to make strawberry margarita magic. Follow the recipe and all else will fall in place.

And remember, use real strawberries and not some strawberry-flavored juice. That’s the difference between a decent and an excellent margarita.
