Mixed Tequila Drinks: Tequila Daiquiri



Who doesn’t enjoy a mixed tequila drinks by the beachside? A daiquiri, perhaps? Chances are you're not at the beach while reading this, but these mixed tequila drinks will sure make you want to be there.

Tequila daiquiris are a variation of the original rum daiquiri. What’s refreshing about daiquiris is that they can be easily modified and adapted to different fruits.

You’re about to learn how to prepare the basic tequila daiquiri, followed by a banana daiquiri, a Florida (orange) daiquiri, and a strawberry daiquiri.

Tequila Daiquiri

Ingredients:

- 1 part blanco or reposado tequila

- juice from half a lime

- agave syrup (as desired)

- ice

- shaker

Variation A: Banana Tequila Daiquiri

Ingredients:

- 1 part blanco tequila

- juice from half a lime

- 1 part banana liqueur

- half a banana

- sugar (as desired)
